POLYMAG – Rail Guided Welding Carriage
Fully autonomous, the POLYMAG rail guided welding carriage works in all positions. Its ACC® constant speed, constant torque digital speed control ensures smooth progress in all working positions.
It is designed to be completed by accessories: linear oscillators, joint tracking systems, and more. It can immediately complete any manual welding installation, without requiring any connection.
It is equipped with a universal MIG torch holder. Lightweight and robust, POLYMAG provides the quality of automatic welding while remaining easy to use and quick to set up.
The pinion-driven carriage is guided on a flexible rail held in place by magnetic or pneumatic pads, very easy to setup.
