GLUMAG® et TRACKMAG® Original range – Welding carriage
GLUMAG® and TRACKMAG® are battery-powered carriages for welding and related in any position. Their simple and intuitive use as well as the compatibility with all generators and torches on the market allows a quick mechanization of many operations bringing productivity gains, quality and comfort for the operators.
Our magnetic welding carriage is guided by 2 crabbing arms (one arm is set from the other)
• directly on the stiffeners to be welded for corner welds
• or along a profile in parallel fixed to the joint to be welded
Driven by a pinion, the carriage is guided on a flexible rail with magnetic clamping, which is easy to implement. The rails can be assembled together.
This simple and intuitive interface made easy to program ordinary cycles.
Operator set up the language (French/English) and the length units (cm or inch).
A menu is available to program a continuous arc (2-stroke) or trigger (4-stroke) welding cycle with a defined length and intermittent welding (up to 99 iterations).
The display shows the actual feed speed of the carriage with the possibility to adjust it dynamically via the adjustment wheel. ►►
