The ROTOMAG-B: The new solution for pipe fitters
SERVISOUD is innovating with the launch of the ROTOMAG-B, a compact and versatile solution designed to simplify and optimise the work of pipe fitters. This new equipment is specially designed for welding operations on complex assemblies such as tube/tube, tube/seam or tube/flange, with compatibility for both TIG and MIG/MAG processes.
The ROTOMAG-B is designed to handle tubes with a minimum diameter of 5 mm up to 250 mm, and offers a maximum capacity that can be adapted to your specific needs. Available in two versions:
• The “Manual Slides” version: with torch positioning via manual slides, ideal for budget-conscious users.
• The “Electric Slides” version: with torch positioning by electric slides, for greater comfort and precision. This version takes advantage of all the possibilities offered by the SERVIBOT system: arc voltage regulation by communicating with the welding generator, axis synchronisation, advanced oscillation, learning, etc.
And you can easily switch from one version to another to suit your project requirements!
Thanks to its hollow-shaft mandrel, the ROTOMAG-B can weld long tubes up to 60.3 mm in diameter.
Designed to be easily transported by one person, the ROTOMAG-B is also available with an optional compact stand with detachable feet.
This feature guarantees rapid installation and unrestricted mobility on construction sites.
The mobile welding jib
Thanks to the innovative SERVIBOT system, this jib stands out for its ability to interact directly with your positioners, turners and welding generators. By centralising commands, the welder can use a single remote control (the SERVIBOT RC) to synchronise welding movements and adjust parameters in real time, even while welding is in progress.
Designed to grow with your needs, the system is modular and can be easily configured to adapt to other equipment.

– Easy to move : Can be moved manually by a single operator
