The progressive range provides carriages for welding and related processes. Carriages operate with high capacity batteries in all positions. Their use is simple and intuitive, as well as compatible with any welding power sources and torches brands. The Progressive range allows a quick mechanization for higher productivity, quality and comfort for the operators. Carriages are provided with a programmable interface allowing stitch welding and tack welding. This range is completely modular and scalable over time.

The double motorized wheel base moves directly on the part. Moving can be multidirectional thanks to the SERVIBOT RC HMI Control. The four wheels are always driven to optimize traction on the workpiece. The wheel base is magnetic in order to work in any position on steel sheet.
Two adjustable arms equipped with copper rollers are used to guide the wheel base using the crabbing effect.
Unidirectional rail carriage with direct rack and pinion drive. The carriage moves freely thanks to a clutch system. It is guided on a flexible rail by adjustable rollers allowing to work on shaped parts.
Flexible rails with magnetic or pneumatic clamping are available, easy to use. The rails can be assembled together.
Unidirectional rail carriage with direct rack and pinion drive. The carriage moves freely thanks to a disengagement system. It is guided on the rigid 60mm high rail. The rail is self-supporting, i.e. it is not necessarily supported by the part.
The common element of the SERVIBOT progressive range is the connected central unit 4.0. Two interfaces can be associated with the SERVIBOT common platform: a simple HMI interface and a SERVIBOT RC HMI.
