RAILMAG® 60 EVO, WELDING CARRIAGE ON RAILS
The RAILMAG® 60 EVO from the progressive range is mounted on an add-on, self-supporting rigid rail.
The rigid aluminum rail is fitted with a toothed rack. Thanks to a quick and easy fixing system, the rail can be hung directly on the workpiece or with magnets or suction cups.
The RAILMAG® 60 EVO and its range of rails are ideal for long-distance welding applications such as bridges, boat hulls, trains, etc.
The carriage is 100% scalable and a wide range of equipment can be added, including motorised slides, motorised axes, software options, etc.

The RAILMAG® 60 EVO supports the operator during major welding operations. Thanks to its features, such as remote control, it helps to reduce awkward postures and prevent MSD (Musculoskeletal Disorders).
The carriage is compatible with CAVITAR camera, which uses laser illumination to see through the welding arc. Thanks to our SERVICAM equipment, the images recorded by the camera are visible in real time. The welder can view, record and analyse his weld and its parameters.
